Śiva mantra-Śāntam padmāsanastam

 Śāntam padmāsanastam śaśidhara makutam pancavakram trinetram|

   Śulam vajramca khadgam paraśu mabhayadam daksiṇāmge vahāmtam|

āgam pāśamca ghantām varada maryutam cāmkuśam vāmabhage|

    Nānālamkāra yuktam spatikamaṇi nibham pārvatiśam namāmi||

  • Translation: 
My salutations to Lord Śiva who manifests sitting on the Lotus flower with tranquility, wears moon like a crown, who has three eyes and pancavakram (a name of the Śiva), resides on the mount Kailas that shines like a crystal stone, decorated variously holding different weapons- a spear which is like thunder bolt, sword and an axe on right side to free me from fear, snake, a snare and a bell to grant me with boons.
