Śānti mantras-Om aham

     Om aham vṛkṣasya rerivā | kīrtiḥ pṣtam gireriva
Ūrdhvapavitro vājinīvasvamṛutamasmi| draviṇagm savarcasam|

Sumedhā amṛutokṣhtaḥ| Iti triśaṇkorvedānuvacanam||

  • vṛkṣasya:  trees
  • rerivā: stimulator
  • kīrtiḥ: fame
  • pṛṣtam:  high
  • gireriva: mountain top
  • Ūrdhva: elevated
  • pavitro: holy
  • vājinīvasvm : follower of Vājasaneyin of Yajurvedam
  • amṛutam asmi: immortal being
  • draviṇagm: wealth
  • savarcasam: refulgent
  • sumedhā: true knowledge
  • amṛutokṣhtah: imperishable and immutable
  • Iti triśaṇkorvedānuvacanam: this is sacred recitations of Triśaṇku.
  • Translation:
I am the stimulator of the tree and the Universe; my fame is high like mountaintop; elevated to the most Holy, I am the excellent, immortal being as He is the Sun. I am the power, the wealth, refulgent with divine intuition; I have attained true knowledge; imperishable and immutable. This is one of the sacred recitations of Triśaṇku.
