2.    Sarasajanilaye sarojahaste dhavalatarāmśuka gandha mālyaśhobhe|

Bhagavati harivallabhe manogne tribhuvanabhūtikari prasīda mahyam||

  • sarasajanilaye: dweller among the lotus flowers
  • sarojahaste: holds lotus flowers in hands
  • dhavalatara: wears pure white  colored
  • amśuka: garments
  • gandha: fragrant
  • mālyaśhobhe: adorned with garlands
  • Bhagavati: divine goddess
  • harivallabhe: dear to Lord Hari( Nārāyaṇa)
  • manogne: beautiful and charming
  • tribhuvana: in all the three worlds
  • bhūtikari: for the well fare of all the beings
  • prasīda: devoted
  • mahyam:  I worship
  • Translation:
Oh! The one who resides in a Lotus abode! The one who holds lotus in hand! The one, who shines with white garments, adorned with fragrant garlands! Oh adorable one! Consort of Hari! The charming celestial Lady! Bestows prosperity and looks after the welfare of the beings of the three worlds, I worship thou, and devoted to you.
